Academic Programs and Clubs
- Science Practical, Inter-Group Programmes, and Club Activities are arranged on Saturdays. Attendance is mandatory.
- Saturdays are book-free days. CVP focuses on Integrated Development, Patriotism, Indian Culture, and Universal Outlook.
- School Oriented Clubs: Literary Club, Culture Club, Fine Arts Club, Science Club.
- Service Clubs: Karuna Club, EXNORA, Greer Brigade, Chinmaya Service Centre. Activities planned throughout the year.
- Additional Activities: Scouts and Guides, Red Ribbon Club, Junior Red Cross (for interested students).
Curriculum and Special Programs
- LEAD curriculum introduced for Primary classes.
- Hindi compulsory for Primary classes; Sanskrit from VI to IX.
- Special subjects: General Knowledge, Value Education, Sloka, Computer Science.
- Yoga training included in Physical Education.
- Special coaching for late bloomers with a specified timetable.
- Objective tests using secure remote & screen for main subjects for quicker action.
- IECD syllabus for Computer Science (VI to IX), Smart Techies @ Aram Edutech syllabus (I to IV) introduced in 2020.
- National Cadet Corps (NCC) introduced in 2022-2023.
- Chinmayukh (Inter-School Competition) organized annually by Alumni.
- Sanskrit Exams and Exhibitions conducted.
- Bharathidasan University issues Professional Course Certificates (V to IX).

- Extended Playground.
- Streamlined Labs for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Updated Kindergarten Infrastructure.
- Smart classes introduced for better observation and listening.
- Teaching aid exhibitions for faculties during refresher courses.
- Canteen facilities (snacks) for X, XI, and XII students.
- Hobby classes turned into certificate courses: Silambam, Karate, Music, Dance, Robotics, Veena, Violin, Yoga, Mridangam, Keyboard (Classes VI to VIII).
- Annual Science, Club, and Book Exhibitions.
- STEM LAB introduced in 2021, students achieved state I in Robotics competition.
- In 2023, 2 students selected to visit Sriharikota from Propeller Technologies.
General Information
- All fees received through banks.
- Summer camp conducted for all students.
- Sports activities are given equal importance with regular Inter and Intra School Competitions.
- Gradual increase in school strength.
- School Syllabus updated from Matric to Samacheer in 2010.
- Opportunities for students during assembly: News reading, Kathamala, Thoughts for reflection, Thirukkural.
- Counselor appointed for resolving issues. Life skill classes organized.
